A 32-pg calendar consists of fifteen 2-pg spreads plus the outside front and back covers. The 12 calendar months use twelve spreads and the Recycling Guide on the inside back cover (recommended) fills another one, leaving two spreads for map(s), a message from the Mayor, additional program details, etc. Note: To maximize printing efficiency, 32 page calendars are printed entirely on the same paper (i.e. cover is the same paper stock as the inside pages).

36-page calendars provide two additional 2-page spreads compared to 32-page calendars. The cover can be different paper, if desired.

40-page calendars provide four additional 2-page spreads compared to 32-page calendars. The cover can be different paper, if desired.

Uncoated 60-lb offset paper containing 100% post consumer fiber. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) logo will appear on the back cover.

Bundles are secured with an elastic band.

The step-by-step calendar assembly wizard is completely online with no software to download. It takes you through the process of selecting holidays, setting up collection and event schedules, and selecting content from our library. All content is fully editable (text and images). We also offer templates and tools that allow you to create unique content, or you can create content using software you are more familiar with and simply upload the print-ready pages.

If you're short on time, our team member will create your calendar using the online content, templates and tools. Cost is $475 and includes up to 4 pages of custom designed content. For more details, contact us.

Sometimes you have one or more pages that just don't fit one of our various template options. Our experienced Graphic Designers can quickly and inexpensively create what you need.
