Report a Problem

my-waste is now even more valuable to residents - and local governments and/or contractors! The new "Report a Problem" feature allows residents to take action:

  1. See a problem
  2. Take a photo
  3. Register the exact GPS location
  4. Email the report directly to the department that can respond

Create a custom list of issues they can report, such as a missed collection, illegal dumping, overflowing public garbage can, pothole, burnt out street light, damaged/missing street sign, etc.

If you have a 311 program, this "Report a Problem" feature can be re-named "311".
